How long will my order take to arrive?
Standard shipping takes 5 to 7 working days and express 1 to 2 working days. You’ll see the cost and options before you pay.
How does the 6-month warranty work?
If your umbrella has a manufacturing defect in the first 6 months, we replace it free of charge. Activate it on the Activate warranty page.
Can I return my umbrella?
Yes. You have 14 calendar days from delivery. Write to us with your name and order number and we’ll explain the steps.
I’m a content creator. Can I work with B-LION?
We’d love to meet you! Write to us choosing “Collaborations and influencers” and include a link to your profile.
Do you take orders from businesses or shops?
