1. Shipping Methods
We offer the following shipping methods for your order:

2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs vary depending on the destination and the selected method. Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout and shown before you complete your purchase. We offer free shipping on orders over 20€.
3. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 6 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed after friday or during weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.
4. Delivery Times
Delivery time depends on the destination and the shipping method selected. The estimated delivery time is 5 to 7 business days for standard shipping and 1 to 2 business days for express shipping. Please note that this is an estimate, and delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, delays by courier services, etc.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track the status of your shipment in real time.
6. Shipping Issues

7. Shipping Address
Please make sure the shipping address you provide is accurate. We are not responsible for errors in addresses that may cause delays or loss of the package. If you need to modify your address after placing the order, please contact us as soon as possible.
8. Shipping Restrictions
Currently, we do not ship to outside Europe, Australia and Africa. If your shipping address is outside our service area, we may not be able to process your order.
9. International Shipping
If you place an international order, your package may be subject to customs duties and import taxes according to local laws. Additional customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.
