2. Exchanges and Returns for Defects or Errors

  • We will cover all return and replacement costs.

Refunds will be processed within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date we receive the returned product.

  • Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.
  • For products with signs of improper use or damages not attributable to us, we reserve the right to deduct a portion of the refunded amount.
